Position Summary

Royal Oak is looking for a Warehouse Operator A.  This position is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

·         Ability to train B/C level Operators on both positions

·         Ability to complete FROI and do RCA along with supervisor

·         Ability to trouble shoot and operate all positions within area

·         Ability to identify quality defects and source of defects

·         Can effectively perform 5S audit and maintain 5S

·         Ability to schedule loads

·         Ability to make adjustments in inventory and transfer journals

·         Able to route trucks

·         Perform style counts and make necessary adjustments

·         Ability to stack 3 or more high safely and effectively

·         Ability to run bill of ladings

·         Ability to obtain a forklift license

·         Ability to load, unload and drive tram

·         Complete paperwork for loading/unloading trucks

·         Ability to train B/C Operators
