What You’ll Do

This is full ownership of HVAC service performance.

  • Own the P&L and overall performance of the HVAC service department

  • Build, lead, and develop supervisors and technicians into high performers

  • Set clear expectations and hold the entire team accountable to them

  • Drive revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability

  • Analyze KPIs (ServiceTitan or similar) and make real-time decisions

  • Lead training, coaching, and development initiatives

  • Create and enforce processes that scale

  • Partner with sales, install, warehouse, and leadership to stay aligned

  • Step into the field when needed—leadership doesn’t hide

  • Protect and elevate the client experience at every touchpoint


What It Takes

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience

  • 3+ years in a leadership role (Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)

  • Proven ability to lead leaders and scale a team

  • Strong business acumen—understanding of P&L, KPIs, and performance drivers

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms

  • High accountability mindset—you own outcomes, not excuses

  • The ability to lead, teach, and develop people consistently

  • A standard that refuses to accept average
