Location: McLean, VA- Part Time Role 

Shift:11AM-7PM (Weekends)

Position Overview:

As a Community Events Assistant, you will be a vital part of this mission infusing energy, creativity, and compassion into the daily lives of our residents. This role offers more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, spark joy, and make a lasting impact on the well-being of older adults.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care preferred

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to assist residents with daily activities and mobility

  • Support and participate in events and activities

  • Experience with memory care residents

  • Creativity and flexibility to engage residents in meaningful activities
