About the Opportunity

The Operations Department is accountable to fulfill Driscoll’s demand for fruit and the respective demand for plant material, innovation and research on plants, systems and techniques that can generate added value throughout the supply chain from plants to consumer Delight.

The Nursery Administrative Assistant II will support the local nursery team and facility with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This position will be based in Sidi Bouknadel, Morocco.

 

Responsibilities

• Finance Support:

o Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and process invoices

o Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to nursery operations

o Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting

• Human Resources Liaison:

o Coordinate with HR for the recruitment and onboarding of administrative and nursery workers

o Maintain employee records, including attendance, timekeeping, and leave management

o Assist in the administration of benefits and other processes

• Administrative Support:

o Manage general administrative tasks, including filing data entry, and document preparation

o Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

o Ensure efficient procurement processes for necessary suppliers

• Nursery Manager Support:

o Act as a point of contact between the nursery manager, supervisor, and administrative staff

o Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments

o Provide administrative support for day-to-day nursery operations

   

Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
•    Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a nursery or agricultural setting
o    3 Years’ experience in similar position
o    Office support experience
•    Experience working in Human Resources setting
•    Foreign Language skills required: French and English
