The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location. Hiring to start the spring 2026 season.

Pay: ranging from $33 to $36 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed
Requirements/Duties:
- 4+ Years finishing experience
- Must have experience with bull-floating, riding & walk behind power troweling, brooming, shooting grade
- Must have experience screeding off of sand
- Must have experience sealing or curing of slabs
- Must have experience setting of sump or floor drain
- Must have experience cutting control joints or applying zip strip
- Willingness to work on footings and foundation
- Responsible for the quality of concrete slab project
- Responsible for cleaning equipment and tools used for finishing slabs
- Responsible for making sure site is clean and looks professional when finished
- May be expected to perform any duty involved in a concrete project
