Job summary:

An Account Sales Representative plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between a company and its clients. They are responsible for introducing clients to the company's products, informing them about new market launches, and highlighting the benefits of the products. The representative may obtain client contact details through referrals or company records and is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with them. In addition to managing existing accounts, they actively seek new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients. A successful Account Sales Representative should possess strong technical and analytical skills to assess various business scenarios and stay informed about developments in their industry. They must be self-motivated and efficient, inspiring both themselves and their team to meet and exceed targets within deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory counts and compare with reported inventory levels.
• Investigate and report discrepancies in inventory.
• Resolve issues related to incorrect items, misplaced inventory, or discrepancies in counts.
• Manage inventory processes, including induction, deduction, consumption, and production.
• Identify non-conforming products and report them to the supervisor.
• Offer support in other areas as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse inventory capacity

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient in reading and understanding English.
• Capable of operating a scanner.
• Understanding of units of measure.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
