Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time evening position with great hours and pay? If so, we are currently looking for a entry level cleaner to fill a 2nd shift Lead position at a well established dog food company in Oak Creek located near S. Howell Avenue and E. Ryan Rd. This position is Monday - Friday from 5:30pm - 9:30pm and pays $10.00 an hour. If you have allergies to dogs this position is probably not for you as employees are allowed to bring their dogs to work.   

The Lead is responsible for providing on-the-job training, supervision of other team member, ordering supplies and maintaining MahlerClean's quality assurance standards. Will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory of supplies and ensuring equipment is working properly.  Must be able to perform various cleaning tasks including trash/recycling collection, vacuuming, sweep/mop floors, clean restrooms, and various other general cleaning tasks.

1.  High school diploma or GED.

2.  At least 6 months or more of supervisory experience with experience leading a team of 1 or more employees 

3.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.  Ability to lift 50lbs and perform general cleaning duties.

5.  Administrative and record keeping skills.

6.  Access via telephone.

7.  Basic leadership skills.

8.  Ability to read and understand a Material Safety Data Sheet / Safety Data Sheet.

9.  Fluent in written and spoken English.
