The Merchandise Specialist is responsible for ensuring products flow smoothly from vendors to our distribution centers, maintaining accurate product data, and supporting internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Partner daily with cross-functional team members and the sales team to support product questions and resolve customer issues.
- Co-lead the Product Line Review (PLR) activities from start to finish by partnering with all relevant cross-functional team members.
- Support an assigned Merchant/Product group with daily operational needs and financial tracking.
- Manage vendor relationships end to end for product onboarding, marketing needs, and product availability
- Own and maintain SKU and product data integrity by ensuring accurate SKU setup, then maintaining costs, attributes, and system uploads.
- Assist with reporting inventory, sales performance, and product flow issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience in merchandising, buying, vendor management, or operations in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Comfortable with Excel and working with large data sets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills enabling you to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, while staying organized and without losing accuracy
- Strong communication skills- able to interact confidently with cross-functional partners, all levels of management, and vendor partners.
