Our busy , well established dealership located in Northeast Philadelphia offers a large well established customer base . We are able to offer our sales associates a way to grow a successful book of business with a top brand and aggressive marketing strategy to keep you busy.

  • Experience in auto sales is preferred, but strong communication and closing skills are essential.
  • We’ll teach you everything you need to know about our Toyota line up.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, safety, and benefits to prospects.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous car sales is a plus
  • Self starter with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Dependable, solid work history, with references
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
