LCS is seeking a Metered Utilities Specialist whose primary function is to manage customer utilities and rate reviews.

Essential Functions

Core functional knowledge of utility operations and rate schedules
Ability to accurately read and interpret utility tariff sheets
Foundational understanding of utility billing process and regulatory compliance
Manage and complete all facets of assigned projects: define/create requirements specifications, scope of work documents and estimates; develop/deliver projects within established deadline
Define, set, and clearly manage expectations with customers and team members.
Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure they are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations
Have a strong knowledge of mathematical and equation functions
Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility Qualifications

Experience calculating and interpreting utility usage
Excellent customer service
Strong diagnostic skills with ability to research, troubleshoot and logically determine solutions
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and appointments in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter
Ability to ask appropriate discovery questions to gather project requirements
Strong analytical skills
Ability to navigate websites and investigate for project usage
