About the Department
To serve as an expert generalist, guiding students into and throughout a successful college experience.
Position Duties
1. Provides friendly, timely, and accurate customer service to students and staff through phone, email, and in person.
2. Helps students navigate onboarding, registration, and college processes.
3. Assesses students’ basic needs and interests, connecting them with relevant resources and services.
4. Utilizes CRM tools and systems to communicate and collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a streamlined process.
5. Represents the college at events and open houses.
6. Provides general academic and student support through technology and on campus.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree and six months of work experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment and/or 3 years of experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment.
