Job Description

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Engineer for a production support engineering opening. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers and Technicians to test and troubleshoot integrated systems at both land and ship based sites.
Specific tasks include:

  • Responsible for shipboard and land-based test site installation of all associated RF cables, RF amplifiers, and fiber optic cabling to ensure the proper signal interfaces between the Weapon Systems and test equipment.
  • Responsible for logistic movement and coordination to/from testing events for all classified and unclassified test equipment.
  • Complete paperwork for shipping and receiving of test equipment before/after test events.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of all available equipment.
  • Provide support the engineers at test events including troubleshooting, analyses, repair, and setup / breakdown of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of test equipment and associated Weapon System integration test equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of and extensive experience with RF, Fiber Optic, Digital, and Analog Weapons System element signal interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of GPS receiver operations, GPS cryptographic key, and security key handling requirements.
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% (CONUS).
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD security clearance.
