Job Description

Job Title: Powersports Service Advisor



Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ



Anderson Powersports is looking for a customer-focused experienced Powersports Service Advisor to work with our amazing Service Team. It is the service advisor's responsibility to ensure that all transactions go smoothly and result in the highest levels of customer satisfaction



Position Summary



The Powersports Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, accurately assessing service needs, coordinating repair and maintenance work, and ensuring a smooth, transparent service experience for all customers.





Key Responsibilities





  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone




  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service requests




  • Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, maintenance, and associated costs




  • Prepare and manage repair orders from intake through completion




  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs




  • Communicate service updates and timelines to customers regularly




  • Upsell additional services, accessories, or maintenance when appropriate




  • Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation




  • Process payments and explain invoices upon service completion




  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history




  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming service area







Qualifications





  • High school diploma or equivalent 




  • Previous experience in automotive, motorcycle, marine, or powersports service advising preferred




  • Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, etc.)




  • Excellent customer service and communication skills




  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment




  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software




  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Work Environment
