Join Our Growing Psychiatry Practice!

We are a busy and compassionate psychiatry practice seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
- Verify insurance
- Appointment reminder calls
- Collect copayments and assist with billing processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Other clerical duties as assigned to support the smoother operation of the practice

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required; associate’s degree encouraged
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical office setting required
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a strong plus
- Medical Assistant (MA) experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented
- Tech Savy
