The Outside Sales & Territory Development Representative will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and close collaboration with experienced sales leaders and customer service professionals. While prior sales experience is not required, successful candidates will demonstrate strong initiative, professionalism, and a desire to develop into a high-performing sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to plan and execute a strategic approach to managing a defined sales territory
- Assist in identifying and developing new customer relationships
- Support and grow existing customer accounts through consistent engagement
- Research prospective customers using databases and internal tools to support outreach planning
- Develop professional relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple levels
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and gain firsthand knowledge of their operations
- Participate in equipment demonstrations and customer solution discussions
- Assist in preparing proposals and written documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver and support presentations for customer meetings, both small and large
- Build product and industry knowledge through ongoing training and field experience
- Track activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software
- Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and identify potential future needs
Training & Development

Work Environment & Conditions
- Approximately 50% office-based and 50% field-based work
- Field activities may include manufacturing facilities, production floors, and outdoor environments
- Exposure to industrial settings; safety training and protective protocols are provided

Qualifications
