We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s web presence and digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Kemper Development Company marketing team. This role is central to shaping how our fashion brand is experienced online—balancing storytelling, performance marketing, and emerging digital capabilities to drive engagement, growth, and brand consistency across channels. Employees in this classification perform specialized duties as Digital Marketing Manager across all properties in the KDC portfolio. Work varies but is generally governed by company policies as described in the current Employee Policy Manual, regulations, and operating procedures. Job performance is reviewed regularly by the Sr. VP of Marketing.
The Digital Marketing Manager is an important member of The Bellevue Collection marketing team and will be an integral part of enhancing our brand, customer engagement and guest visits utilizing digital marketing platforms. As part of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will support company initiatives both at the business to consumer and business-to-business level as a member of Kemper Development Company, the owner, and managing company of The Bellevue Collection.

The Digital Marketing Manager is expected to ‘own’ the business websites and overall digital strategy for The Bellevue Collection family of brands. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining appropriate and compelling content, navigation, structure/design, and landing pages that will make the brand’s content easily digestible by the audience. In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will provide strategy and analytics based paid digital media to support and amplify team marketing initiatives. This position works closely with the Media Manager and the Social Media Content Coordinator providing thought leadership and management of the overall Digital Team direction, objectives and execution. essential functions and duties
Web Content & Platform Management
- Own day-to-day content management for all brand websites, ensuring editorial, and campaign content is current and visually compelling.
- Support the integration and optimization of web applications, plug-ins, and third-party tools in collaboration with internal and external technical partners.
- Manage web development partners for updates and best practices.
Digital & Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated organic/paid digital and social media strategies that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Working closely with the social media specialist on day-to-day execution of content and strategy.
- Oversee social media specialist’s editorial calendar strategy across owned digital channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling aligned with seasonal retail, event cycles and campaigns.
- Monitor platform trends and evolving best practices across social, web, and emerging digital channels.
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Contribute to writing and editing engaging fashion- and retail-focused copy for campaigns including. website pages, landing pages, email campaigns and paid media,
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Analyze and report digital performance using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate traffic, engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content, media spend, and customer journeys.
Digital Media Buying & Placement
- Partner with Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital media buys across paid social, email, display, video, TV/OTT and native platforms.
Email Marketing Strategy
- Develop and manage content for email marketing strategies, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, testing, and performance optimization.
Additional Requirements
- Support overall Marketing Team in hands on events when needed. This may require weekend or evening availability.
- Availability online in emergency communication situations on off hours.

education/work experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4+ years of related experience in digital marketing, content management, or media strategy, preferably within fashion, retail or similar business-to-consumer industries.
- Strong understanding of web CMS platforms, social media ecosystems, digital advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data and connect insights to creative and strategic decisions.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong appreciation for fashion, trends, and brand storytelling.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Successful candidates will be required to pass a background check, including credit report and drug screen.
Physical Demands typically involve, but are not limited to:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting and operate office equipment with extensive keyboarding and manual dexterity.
