This role is part of the Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and is located in the Heineken Global Shared Service hub. The D&T Lead – Connected Supply Chain is part of the D&T Connected Supply Chain Team. This role reports into the Head of Connected Supply Chain and ensures that all IT services & capabilities related to an integrated, connected supply chain, is enabled.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Leading, coaching and developing capabilities within the team to deliver the strategic agenda of Connected Supply Chain as a key foundational capability
• Ensuring a proper understanding of relevant supply chain requirements and processes to deliver seamless operations and implementation of technologies
• Ensuring the Solution design and implementation adheres to functional and non-functional requirements/specifications as per defined data and architectural standards
• Ensuring identified gaps between business / technical and data requirements are addressed with appropriate recommendations / solutions, leveraging & optimizing out-of-box and standard product specifications
• Ensuring quality and appropriate technical standards are met / delivered for system configuration and integrations
• Collaborates with relevant D&T and Business teams on the solution design and data foundations to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
• Support all related activities to build the right data foundations/structures to optimize automated & innovated reporting for Connected Supply Chain
• Lead with innovation, participating in selection and introduction of new technologies to enable and support business application improvements and digitalization
• Monitoring and improving the quality of IT services according to technical standards and guidelines; reducing technical debt and overall cost-to-achieve
• Helping the teams to create the discipline & governance, including roadmaps and improved WoW across teams, delivering projects within budget and OTIF
• Help teams build structural improvements, extensions/automation/integration to improve overall performance & stability of the AMS models and integrated portfolio
• Close collaboration with system integrators and other suppliers, providing recommendations for consolidation and opportunities to improve overall operating model for maintenance of relevant technologies
• Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluating them for applicability.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
• Experience in a similar role within a complex international environment with specific certification/experience in AMS model development and deployment as a digital capability to enable transformation
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG industry
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Power BI, combined with a strong understanding of Cloud & Hosting models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Ability to drive decisions and recommendations on technologies needed to mature the SC ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• You are a team player and you are able to work effectively across teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Ability to be analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured, a fast learner
• Ability to take ownership and lead when/where asked and needed.
