Description

Fox Toyota of El Paso is hiring a Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery, display, and customer pickup. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced dealership environment. No prior dealership experience is required—we are willing to train.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and detail new and used vehicles, including interior and exterior services
• Wash, vacuum, wax, and polish vehicles according to dealership standards
• Apply protectants and finishing touches to ensure vehicles are customer-ready
• Safely use detailing equipment, cleaning tools, and chemicals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and dealership procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Daytime schedule with weekend availability required

• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and move around vehicles as required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, MVR)
• Mandatory slip-resistant shoes
