Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Warehouse Manager and Scheduler to join our growing kitchen remodeling company. We are seeking career-minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
Responsibilities
- Manage Warehouse.
- Offload delivery truck.
- Track and schedule project timelines.
- Place and submit orders from suppliers.
- Work collaboratively with a team.
- Answer incoming calls and input, track, and maintain prospects and client information
- Stage all jobs 48–72 hours before Day 1
- Pull, label, and organize all materials, doors, hardware, and consumables
- Verify accuracy against the Scope of Work and selections
- Identify missing or incorrect items and coordinate reorders
- Prepare staging bins and ensure installers have everything needed to avoid mid‑job warehouse visits
- Maintain a clean, organized staging area
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming materials
- Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and supplies
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and optimized for workflow
- Manage returns, damaged items, and vendor follow‑ups
- Track and restock consumables proactively
Scheduling & Contractor Coordination
- Call customers to schedule jobs.
- Check in daily on jobs.
- Call installers and subcontractors to confirm availability and assign jobs
- Communicate job details, start times, and staging status
- Adjust schedules for delays, customer changes, or material issues
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, construction, or home improvement preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable making scheduling calls and coordinating contractors
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Clear, professional communication
- High School Diploma or GED
