What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents following individualized care plans
• Administer medications safely and in compliance with state regulations
• Monitor residents and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and team members
• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Tennessee LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ year of experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-first mindset
