Salary Range: Min $88,621 to Mid $106,774

Terms of Employment:    226 Days

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in educational administration
• Texas Principal Certification
• Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) and                                                                                        
• Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) Certificate
• Minimum of three (3) years teaching experience
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory or administrative educational experience

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to manage budget and personnel
• Ability to coordinate campus functions
• Ability to implement policy and procedures
• Ability to interpret data
• Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budget and personnel
