Position Title: Electrical Engineer.

 

Should be able to speak Telugu language. Preferred.

 

Educational Qualification: BE – Electrical /Instrumentation

 

Number of years of relevant experience required.

BE with minimum 10 to 12 Yrs

 

Specialization:                                                                                                                

Plant Utility Operation and Maintenance in CEMENT Plant.

 

Management skills:

 

Should have worked in role of Site in charge in current or past companies.

Should have handled team of 30-40 people, Man Management, labour license, grievances, Planning scheduling & effective communication skills EHS requirements in Cement plant/similar plant. 

Maintenance Schedules, Spare Part Management, Maintenance & Trouble shooting

Maintenance of equipment's History & Engineering records, Spare Parts Planning Improvement plans & Kaizen, RCA, MIS preparation

EHS requirements in Cement lesioning industry

Zero Harm

PTW & LOTO

UAUC

 

Technical:

No repeat of break downs.

Maintain high equipment reliability by proper Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.

Breakdown analysis & Maintain history, Reports and Documentation.

Preventive & Break Down maintenance of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems in Cement Plant
