We are hiring an experienced Tool and Die Maker specializing in Progressive Dies for a leading dies and metal stamping industry in Israel. The candidate will be responsible for the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of dies used in metal stamping processes while operating conventional milling and turning machines.

• Manufacture, assemble, and maintain dies used in metal stamping

• Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications accurately

• Perform die adjustments, repairs, and improvements

• Troubleshoot tooling issues and ensure optimal performance

• Perform grinding operations when required

• Operate manual milling machines and conventional lathes

• Ensure high precision and quality standards in tooling

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in an industrial environment

• Strong experience with conventional milling and turning machines

• Experience working with progressive dies

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with high precision

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
