About the Role

As a Construction Services Technician, you will be part of a team delivering local and regional projects that directly benefit the communities we serve. This role offers hands-on field experience, exposure to diverse projects, and the opportunity to grow your technical skills while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

You will serve as a key on-site representative of the engineer, supporting construction activities and helping ensure projects are built in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the engineer’s on-site liaison, working closely with contractors, project managers, and clients


• Support construction inspection activities to verify work complies with plans, specifications, and approved shop drawings


• Attend and support pre-construction meetings and job conferences, assisting with documentation and follow-up


• Observe testing, start-ups, and construction activities, documenting field conditions and progress


• Maintain organized project records including reports, correspondence, drawings, and daily logs


• Assist with payment applications, substantial completion inspections, and closeout documentation
