We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital & IS Transformation Leader for the Americas Region to drive the digital transformation across our organization, under the leadership of our Global IS Practice Director. 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the D&IS transformation initiative across the Americas region, in collaboration with the Transformation Office

  • Put in place processes related to new operating model (Capacity planning, ...)

  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the D&IS teams to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during transformation projects, establishing strong relations with the business and making sure that IS demand process is understood and supported.

  • Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent for the digital and IS teams.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the D&IS teams.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery, in liaison with Corporate team based in France

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the D&IS teams, promoting professional development and growth, securing transfer knowledge .


 


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in leading digital and IT transformation projects, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Expertise in mainstream technology (SAP).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


 


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in the Americas region and familiarity with its business landscape.

  • Experience working with European based companies and multiple European cultures

  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies.

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
