School Social Worker for Summer IEP Meetings - Special Education Department

-Summer 2026 ONLY ( June 1, 2026 - June 5, 2026)
-ISBE Educator License for School Social Worker Required
-Assessments to be completed have been determined by an IEP team, but typically include Health History, Social Developmental Study, Behavior Rating Scales, and Adaptive Behavior Rating Scales
-Responsibilities include arranging the assessment appointments, conducting the assessment, scoring the assessment, writing the report, and completing eligibility paperwork in the IEP writing system.
