Comfort Keepers Home Care is seeking a dedicated Weekend Caregiver to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and support to our senior clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the field of senior care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Engage clients in stimulating activities and conversation
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Compassionate and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends
