Company Description:

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Compliance Assistant to join our in-house team who are involved in every significant transaction that happens across the business. 

Reporting to the Group Compliance Director you will assist in delivering excellent & pro-active support to our ACS brokers and offices worldwide!

Job Description:

Day to day duties as a Compliance Assistant will include but are not limited to: 

  • Maintenance and update of the Compliance Database of Airlines and Aircraft
  • Monitoring the compliance of charter bookings 
  • Screening of clients, operators & routing against potential risks
  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in project work involving insurance and sanctions
  • Supporting the Legal team more broadly in our day-to-day activities 
  • Other general office duties, as required
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Background or training in Legal, Insurance and / or Risk Management - desired 
  • Basic research and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations
