Our team is looking for a Project Manager to support client-facing M365 and cloud initiatives by owning day-to-day coordination, task management, and client communication.
This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, comfortable working with technical teams and clients, and able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day project coordination for small to mid-sized client engagements
- Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects
- Facilitate project kickoff calls, status updates, and internal coordination meetings
- Maintain project plans, action items, and documentation in shared tools
- Support client communication, including status updates and follow-ups
- Coordinate work between engineering, support, and delivery teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities
- Ensure deliverables stay on track and escalate risks or blockers as needed
- Execute feedback and direction from delivery leadership with minimal supervision
- Independently manage workload and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role
- Experience supporting technical, IT, or Microsoft-focused projects preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with budget ownership and internal team hour tracking
- Experience with Asana, ADO, and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly as needs change
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Prior contract-to-hire or consulting experience

- Conversion Review: Mid-engagement evaluation for full-time conversion
