Job Description

We welcome LSWs, LACs, and LAMFTs who are ready to grow as a clinician in a supportive, hands-on environment. Whether you’ve just earned your license or recently passed your NCE, this is the place to start building your future.

What You’ll Do

As a clinician on our team, you will:

  • Provide in-home therapeutic counseling for children ages 5–21.

  • Help families learn strategies to manage behaviors and build healthier dynamics.

  • Collaborate with a full child-family team, including care managers, teachers, and psychiatrists.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child.

  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

  • Document progress and maintain timely reports to support client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • New Jersey license required: LSW, LAC, or LAMFT.

  • Passion for helping children and families as a clinician.

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.

  • Valid NJ driver’s license.

  • Some experience in the mental health field is helpful (internships count!).
