POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Electrical Engineer designs, develops, and supports electrical systems for Integra Mission Critical's modular data centers, full-scale construction projects, and integrated power and cooling infrastructure. This role focuses on disciplined technical execution, accurate documentation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver safe, reliable, and code-compliant electrical solutions across the product and project lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop electrical designs, calculations, and system layouts for engineered products and infrastructure projects.
• Create, review, and maintain technical CAD drawings, schematics, and documentation in accordance with engineering standards and revision control.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and field activities including installation, commissioning, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Structural, Controls, Manufacturing, Construction, and Project Management teams during project execution to ensure integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, safety requirements, and internal engineering guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical methods, tools, and processes.
• Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.

• Solid technical foundation in electrical engineering principles, power distribution, and system integration.

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5-8 years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineered systems environments preferred.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline required.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Additional electrical or safety certifications considered an asset.
