What's The Role
The Business Development Manager – ICT is responsible for driving strategic business growth across the Enterprise, Government segments through the development, positioning, and expansion of ICT and digital transformation solutions.
The Manager will evangelize C&W Business’ ICT portfolio—including cloud, security, network solutions, managed services, and digital infrastructure—ensuring strong customer value realization.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Strategic Business Development
- Define, implement, and lead the ICT GotoMarket and business development strategy for Dominica.
- Position C&W Business as the marketleading ICT transformation partner for Enterprise, Government, and SME clients.
- Develop multiyear growth plans targeting wallet expansion and longterm strategic partnerships.
Sales Growth & Pipeline Leadership
- Achieve ICT revenue, pipeline, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction (NPS) targets.
- Lead disciplined qualification, deal shaping, solution scoping, and value articulation for complex ICT opportunities. [
- Drive pipeline quality, conversion, governance, and forecast accuracy.
ICT Solutions & Portfolio Management
- Lead the positioning, sale, and lifecycle management of ICT and Managed Services solutions including cloud, security, network, data centre, and IT outsourcing.
- Drive recurring revenue through bundled, SLAdriven, outcomebased ICT offerings.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, customeraligned, and effectively implemented.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Government, Enterprise, and SME stakeholders.
- Lead customer engagements focused on business outcomes, digital transformation, and total cost of ownership optimization.
- Work crossfunctionally with matrix teams to drive seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Inspire, coach, and lead a highperforming business development and ICT solutions team.
- Ensure all team members have structured development plans and follow bestpractice sales methodologies.
Other Responsibilities
- Navigate Government and Business decision structures to progress ICT initiatives.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within ICT, telecommunications, or related technology sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or team management experience highly preferred.
- Certification or expertise in TAS, Miller Heiman, or other strategic selling methodologies is an asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in ICT solution selling and valuebased sales.
