What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a strategic recruitment program to attract and hire high-quality, mission-aligned talent
- Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive effective hiring strategies
- Oversee a compliant, consistent hiring and onboarding process; train managers on best practices
- Support and administer employee benefits programs; assist with open enrollment and team member inquiries
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through employee relations, coaching, and engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, FMLA, unemployment claims, and workplace safety processes
- Analyze turnover and engagement data to improve retention and workforce satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments and serve on key committees to support organizational goals
- Participate in leadership responsibilities, including weekend/holiday Administrative Representative rotation
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven success developing and leading recruitment and onboarding programs
- Commitment to supporting and modeling organizational mission and values
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems
- Background in healthcare, senior living, or similar environments
- Experience administering employee benefits programs
- Demonstrated ability to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
