Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Houseperson for Two North Breakers Row. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, performing waste and trash removal, and moving furniture, plants, and patio items to and from apartments and storage areas.


Responsibilities:

- Clean common areas and maintain the exterior of the building

- Perform general cleaning tasks within the building

- Remove yard waste, trash, and other debris as needed

- Assist in moving furniture and plants in and out of apartments

- Be available on call for after-hours duties


Qualifications:

- High attention to detail and cleanliness

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Availability for on-call duty after regular work hours

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
