Job Description

Introduction to the job

  • The Senior Logistics Group Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations to support stable factory execution.
  • This role ensures effective material flow, operational coordination, and continuous improvement while aligning logistics activities with site objectives.

Role and responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily logistics operations to support production and operational requirements
  • Manage and guide a logistics team, including task assignment and follow-up
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and material flow
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Monitor operational topics, risks, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
  • Experience in a coordination or team lead role is preferred

Skills

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational topics in a dynamic environment
  • Structured and solution-oriented working approach
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English;
