Job Description
The Smokin' Pig BBQ is seeking part-time Line Cooks, a full-time Sous Chef, and a PITMASTER, to bring exceptional tasting food to our customers.

Qualifications:
  • This candidate must have at least 1 year of food service as a line cook, and 2 years of experience, within a full-service BARBECUE restaurant setting for PitMaster Position.
  • Be able to create a great-tasting BBQ.
  • Have a strong knowledge of cutting, seasoning, and smoking meat of all facades.
  • Have knowledge of portion control and food costs.
  • Must be reliable, dependable, hardworking, and ready to be a part of a newly established team.
  • Willing to work day/night and weekends.

We are seeking outgoing individuals who have a passion for the art of cooking. For this position, you must have excellent time management, cleanliness, and organizational skills to ensure all food items meet company standards.
