Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-minded, and experienced in building dashboards, reports, and data models that support leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.

  • Partner with leadership, finance, sales, operations, and other teams to provide data-driven insights.

  • Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.

  • Monitor key business performance indicators and proactively identify risks or opportunities.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.

  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and predictive insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role.

  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, R, or advanced analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (ETL, data pipelines, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or financial systems.

  • Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
