Job Description

Join our team at Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA)

Full-time - days, (Monday - Friday) 

Salary range: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually

 

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA): 

  • Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills

  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care

  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care

  • Possess exceptional communication skills

  • Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents and families 

 

Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA): 

  • Must possess NHA license in the state of MA

  • Two years' experience in a skilled facility is preferred

  • Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
