RN – Director of Clinical Services (Home Health)



Location: Taunton, MA

Salary: Starting at $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)



Nightingale Visiting Nurses is seeking an experienced and dynamic clinical leader to serve as our Director of Clinical Services. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered home health care.

Position Summary



The Director of Clinical Services provides overall leadership and management of clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care delivery.





Key Responsibilities



• Direct and manage all office clinical activities, including patient assessments, care plan oversight, and resolution of patient care concerns

• Implement, coordinate, maintain, and evaluate all levels of patient care services

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all federal, state, licensing, credentialing, and payer regulations

• Maintain quality and adequacy of nursing practice throughout the agency

• Promote effective communication among clinical staff, patients, referral sources, and payers

• Monitor documentation and clinical records to ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are met

• Provide leadership updates on regulatory changes and operational initiatives

• Apply sound clinical judgment in addressing complex patient care and operational issues

• Participate in agency growth initiatives to strengthen relationships with patients, referral sources, and the community

• Represent the agency at health fairs, community events, and referral meetings as needed

• Provide clinical backup support when necessary, including Start of Care visits, routine visits, reassessments, and discharge visits
