Industrial Electrician / Controls Technician (CNC & PLC)

$35–$45/hr + Overtime
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

If you’re the one people call when a machine goes down—and you can track the issue, fix it, and get production moving again—this role is built for you.
You’ll be working hands-on with CNC machines, PLC systems, and industrial electrical equipment, solving real problems that keep operations running.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase)
- Diagnose and fix PLC issues (Allen-Bradley primarily)
- Work on CNC machines and machine tool systems
- Repair motors, VFDs, control panels, and components
- Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements
- Respond to breakdowns and get machines back online quickly
What You’ll Work On

- Multimeters and electrical diagnostic tools
- PLC troubleshooting software
- Standard electrical and maintenance tools
Requirements
What You Need
- 3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with 480V systems
- Experience reading schematics and prints
- Experience working in manufacturing environments
Bonus If You Have:
- PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or similar)
- CNC or machine tool experience
- Journeyman license or electrical training/apprenticeship
Work Environment
- Hands-on manufacturing environment
- Fast-paced troubleshooting and repair work
- Active role with minimal downtime
