Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent.
  • 6-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience
Internal/External

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Experience with FADEC technology.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
  • Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test.
  • Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership.
  • Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
  • Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.
