Job Summary:

The Driver Helper will assist Drivers with delivering goods from one customer location to another. This position does not perform any driving.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist Drivers on selected day routes with the delivery of goods
• Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed
• Obey all company policy and procedures, including all safety protocols
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
• Must possess good interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 165 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must be able to load and unload product with and without use of hand trucks and pallet jacks in various types of weather.
