We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Med Room Supervisor to lead medication management and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the medication room
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration
• Supervise and support med techs and care staff
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with nursing staff, physicians, and pharmacy providers
• Train and mentor staff on medication procedures and best practices

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medication administration required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of NYS regulations and medication protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Valid certifications as required (HHA/PCA/Med Tech or equivalent)
