Dysart's is looking for a Store Manager to join our team in the Bangor Area! We are a family-owned and operated business in Central Maine. We value tradition and strive for continual growth and improvement. The Store Manager is responsible for day to day store operations including, but not limited to, store profitability, budget, expense control, inventory levels, shortage control, food service operations, scheduling, training, customer service, safety, and supervision.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• 2 - 4 years experience in retail leadership and food service preferred
• Must serve as a leader
• Must be able to multitask and must be willing to lend extra effort to help others
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, as well as the ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in coolers
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to obtain your ServeSafe Certification and Tank Smart certification within the first 6 months of employment (We will provide training and certification opportunity)
• Managers are required to work 40 regular hours and 5 hours of overtime
• This is a full-time position that involves working a variety of hours (Days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
