Developer (.NET Full Stack)

San Antonio, Texas | Full-Time | Onsite

We’re looking for a Software Developer who is driven to create practical, reliable, and scalable solutions that support the people we serve.

This is a fully onsite role in San Antonio, Texas, working closely with ministry and operational teams to deliver solutions that matter.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and support web applications using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server

  • Build and maintain front-end applications using tools such as Blazor, Razor Pages, and ASP.NET MVC

  • Develop and support APIs, integrations, and data-access layers

  • Contribute to cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred)

  • Apply secure coding practices and build reliable, maintainable solutions

  • Collaborate with ministry and operational teams to deliver effective technical solutions

  • Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing system improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of software development experience in a Microsoft-based environment

  • Strong experience with C# and modern .NET

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development

  • Experience working with APIs and relational databases

  • Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
