SUMMARY
The Busser ("Ayudante de Mesero/a") supports the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and ensuring timely assistance to servers. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment, supporting smooth service flow, and encouraging guest return.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in both the dining room and kitchen.
- Ensure par stock levels of glassware, silverware, linens, and paper supplies are maintained at all times.
- Rearrange tables and chairs as directed by management to accommodate reservations and events.
- Refill water glasses and coffee mugs throughout service periods.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and properly to prepare for the next guests.
- Organize silverware and glassware on bus carts; remove carts regularly and maintain them in polished condition.
- Complete assigned side work as posted or instructed by management.
- Inspect table settings to ensure silverware is spotless, condiments are clean, and all elements meet presentation standards.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and organizational procedures.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
