Assistant Store Manager – Sanel NAPA Auto Parts

Location: Lancaster, NH
Schedule: Full-Time (45 hours/week)

About the Role

Sanel NAPA is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. This role is a key leadership position focused on customer service, team development, and operational excellence, with a clear path to future store leadership.

You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager and step in to lead the store when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Support store operations in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Help drive sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on sales, service, and operations
  • Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Maintain high standards for merchandising, inventory control, and store appearance
  • Monitor and manage labor, scheduling, and controllable expenses
  • Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and operational procedures
  • Support outside sales efforts and help grow wholesale accounts
  • Step in as acting Store Manager when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in retail, automotive, or parts industry preferred
  • Strong skills in customer service, team leadership, and problem-solving
  • Experience with hiring, training, and performance management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and POS systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
