Responsibilities:
• Key personnel to design and implement end to end solutions that are scalable and robust by leveraging Oracle Field Service Cloud
• Present technical and functional capabilities of Oracle Field Service Cloud platform to clients
• Collaborate with customers on Business Requirements Specifications, Design & Architecture path and also perform configuration of modules & customizations independently
• Design and implement dynamic scheduling algorithms to enhance resource allocation and routing efficiency
• Stay updated with periodic Oracle releases and use the latest standard best practice
• Serve as a liaison between sales, technical and functional teams
• Provide direction to internal cross-functional teams including business analysts and developers, to ensure successful project delivery
Must Have:
• Experience in implementing Oracle Field Service modules including Forecasting, Scheduling and Routing etc
• Analyse and optimize field service workflows, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Field Service applications
• Familiarity to build Oracle Field Service forms, workflows, triggers, and Field updates
• Experience in working with REST APIs and Integrations with other CX products
• Understanding CRM principles as well as managing customer expectations, handling feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud projects
Desired:
• Working knowledge on products related Inventory management, Order management, Depot repair, Maintenance management
• Knowledge of integration with other CX products like Engagement cloud would be an added advantage
• Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Understanding of Cloud Architecture & knowledge on Data Migration.
• Extension to other platforms on Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling
