  • Support the coordinate international payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
  • Administer company benefits and support with annual renewal processes
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) and external payroll providers in each region.
  • Collect, validate, and submit payroll inputs (e.g., salaries, bonuses, benefits, commissions, taxes, etc.) to payroll vendors in a timely manner.
  • Review and reconcile payroll outputs and reports from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness before final approval.
  • Ensure all payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary changes) are captured and processed correctly.
  • Monitor and manage payroll calendars, deadlines, and schedules for each country.
  • Assist with year-end reporting, audits, and statutory filings in collaboration with local providers and finance teams.
  • Maintain and update payroll process documentation and country-specific guidelines.
  • Support implementation and improvement of payroll systems, processes, and automation initiatives.
  • Stay current on changes to international labor laws, taxation, and compliance regulations.
  • Handle and resolve employee payroll queries, ensuring a high level of customer service
