Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Corporate Office. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work, and projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Meet and greet clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft office.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Sign for and distribute UPS/USPS/FedEx packages.
  • Research, price, and puchase contract office supplies.
  • Setup, schedule, and coordinate meetings.
  • Support staff on project based work.
  • Report contract daily hours to managment and customers.
  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must pass background check and other required testing (contract specific)
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
