The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Corporate Office. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work, and projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet clients, employees, and visitors.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/USPS/FedEx packages.
- Research, price, and puchase contract office supplies.
- Setup, schedule, and coordinate meetings.
- Support staff on project based work.
- Report contract daily hours to managment and customers.
- Assist with timekeeping and payroll procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must pass background check and other required testing (contract specific)
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
